Equipped with six vertical CNC machining centers and three retro fitted 2-axis knee mills, machining components from materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, carbon and tool steel is not a problem for us. In addition to CNC milling which feature Okuma, Johnford, Hurco, and Excel machining centers, we also perform conventional milling operations for low and high volume production runs. Furthermore, our R&D shop is particularly dedicated for low volume production runs.

We offer CNC turning services for producing components made from materials such as mild steel, tool steel, aluminum, and stainless steels. Equipped with Okuma CNC lathes, we can produce round components in sizes up to 9” in diameter and 20” length. Our team of experienced machinists can handle all diverse facets of the tuning process, from fixturing and set-ups to programming machines.

Grinding & Wire EDM

Grinding & Wire EDM

Specialists in contract manufacturing precision machined parts, Promac offers grinding and wire EDM services for industries ranging from medical and automotive to power generation. Our precision grinding capabilities include surface, ID, OD, internal, and jig grinding. By surface grinding, we achieve flat, square, and parallel surface finishes on parts up to 16” x 36” in size. Achieving surface finishes close to 8 micro inch or better, is not a problem for us.

Conventional Machining

Our full-service job shop is equipped with engine lathes, vertical and horizontal mills, a boring mill, drill presses, as well as verticle and horizontal band saws to meet your conventional machining needs. These machines compliment our CNC machining and grinding capabilities, especially during assembling. Our toolmakers and machinists are experienced in manufacturing fixtures, gages, and quality parts to custom prints or specifications.
